Restaurant manager position available at a small family-oriented exclusive restaurant in Sörmland, focusing on modern Nordic cuisine, exclusive wines, and service. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for both operations and wine purchasing. The role is dynamic and offers a wide variety of tasks with great opportunities to develop your professional skills and coach staff during special events. We prefer candidates with previous experience in restaurant service, an understanding of customer needs and desires, patience, enthusiasm, empathy, and strong communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English. Additional proficiency in German or French is a plus. Sommelier training is an advantage. Salary is negotiable. This position is permanent and part-time. Expected start date is spring/summer 2026.
